When the wave starts, confirm you are in deep fog by looking around, you should have very little visibility.
Stay in this area until wave 1 officially starts. Walk through the hole in the fence and fall down into the sewer ditch (or whatever you want to call it). (Note: If you reached the bridge you have gone to far). Follow the fence to the right and at about the 2nd or 3rd segment over there will be a hole in the fence. You will now be directly in front of a fence. Drop down this hole to the first floor and walk out the entrance right in front of you.
